Responsibilities & Services
The City of Daphne Building Inspection Department is responsible for issuing building permits and performing inspections on all building components, such as:- Electrical
- Life Safety
- Mechanical
- Plumbing
- Structural
- Well
- Email all permit applications and related documents to ksimmons@daphneal.com
- Email all inspection request to buildinginspections@daphneal.com Please include any specific inspection details. Inspection request received by noon will be scheduled for the following business day. Please specify in the email request if a later date is required.
Building Permits
NEW FEES EFFECTIVE AS OF OCTOBER 4, 2021- Ordinance 2021-51
Building Permits require completion and approval of a Building Permit Application. Please download the application here and return via email to ksimmons@daphneal.com.
