(June 17, 2020) Daphne Municipal Court dockets have now resumed. Please call the magistrates office at 251-620-0500 if you have any questions regarding your case or to verify your court date.


(April 17, 2020) If you have a review case for Daphne Court in the month of May, please call the court office. You may not have to appear! Call 251-620-0500 Monday - Friday between 7:30am and 4:00pm. Most traffic citations can be paid online at


(April 9, 2020) In compliance with the administrative order from the Alabama Supreme Court, all Daphne Municipal Court proceedings are postponed to May 5, 2020 and beyond.

Individuals and attorneys will be notified by US Mail of their new court date. Notifications will be sent to the last address provided to the court. Failure to update contact information will not excuse a defendant from missing court. Failure to appear could result in a warrant for your arrest.

Citations can be paid using our new kiosk in the lobby, by visiting, by calling 251-262-6200 or by mailing a cashier’s check or money order to Daphne Municipal Court, 1502 US Hwy 98, Daphne, AL 36526.

Daphne Municipal Court is a criminal misdemeanor court that handles misdemeanor and traffic offenses that occur within the City of Daphne limits and police jurisdiction.

Tickets can be paid online through Govt Portal or over the phone by calling 251-262-6200. (Note: the service fee is 4.5% of the total owed.)


From I-10, take Exit 35 and go South on US Hwy 98 for 4 miles. Proceed through the intersection of US Hwy 98 and CR 64 (Daphne Avenue) - we are located approximately one half mile on left in the Daphne Justice Center.
