The Daphne Sports & Recreation Department operates recreational athletic programs, such as youth football, youth basketball, youth baseball, as well as adult softball leagues. Local organizations oversee cheerleading, softball, lacrosse, flag football, and soccer programs.
The Daphne Tennis & Pickleball Complex at W.O. Lott Park offers tennis & pickleball clinics.

Daphne Youth Basketball Registration will be open from October 9th to November 3rd for grades 1st through 8th (23/24 academic year).
Most games will take place on Saturday with the possibility of mid-week games with practices held once or twice per week.
Game jersey and shorts are included with registration and will be provided by the City of Daphne. Players must provide footwear.

- $125 per participant / Non-Residents (applies to individuals who do not live within the incorporated limits of Daphne; although you may have a Daphne postal address).

Quick-Start Tennis Tuesdays are adult beginner tennis clinics that teaches participants how to play tennis with proper technique; focusing on the rules of play. Join us during the August Session, September Session, and October Session 2023 from 8:00am to 9:00am on the below dates. Clinics are for ladies and gentlemen and are held at Daphne Tennis & Pickleball Complex at W.O. Lott Park, 2000 Main Street. The cost is $65 per participant, per session (4-clinic session).
- August Session: 8, 15, 22, 29 - 2023
- September Session: 5, 12, 19, 26 – 2023
- October Session: 3, 10, 17, 24 - 2023

Dream Court Daphne is an adaptive tennis program for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, striving for inclusion and acceptance. This program goes beyond sports alone! Dream Court Daphne focuses on promoting an active lifestyle, modeling social behaviors, and developing self-esteem. Most importantly, to encourage inclusion and acceptance in sports and in day-to-day life.
Our goal is to enhance not only the life of the special need athlete, but to strengthen their family as a whole. Tennis is the perfect tool to connect special needs athletes with their families and the rest of the community.
Join us for any or all of our 2023 Dream Court Daphne Camps at the Daphne Tennis & Pickleball Complex located at 2000 Main Street. Registration is FREE. Camps run from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on all dates:

Programs Managed by the City of Daphne
The Daphne Youth Football League participates in the Baldwin County Youth Football League (BCYFL). The league is open to children from 7 - 12 years of age. Most games take place on Saturdays, with practices held once or twice per week. The City provides players with helmets, shoulder pads, mouthpieces, and game jerseys. Players must provide pants, pads for pants, chin strap, socks, and footwear.

Adult Open Coed Softball
Registration cost for Adult Open Coed Softball is $400 per team. Games are held on Wednesday nights.
Summer league registration is held at the first of July; games start at the end of July. Fall league registration is held in September; games start in October.
