Join the officers of the Daphne Police Department and help support the Special Olympics & Law Enforcement Torch Run Alabama on National Donut Day. Three locations: Dunkin Donuts (29160 US Hwy 98 or 29728 Urgent Care Dr) and Glazed Doughnuts (2200 US Hwy 98).
After serving the previous six years as a lieutenant, Brian Gulsby was promoted to captain today. Cpt. Gulsby has served Daphne's citizens for twenty-four of his twenty-six year career. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, and he recently earned a Master's Degree in Justice Administration. He will command Field Operations, which is composed of the Patrol and Criminal Investigations Divisions.
Lt. Lazzari began his career with the Daphne Police Department in 2007. He was promoted to Detective in 2014, Patrol Corporal in 2015, Patrol Sergeant in 2017, and now, Lieutenant. He is a FBI certified Firearms Instructor, a certified Taser instructor, a certified SFST instructor, and our Special Response Team Assistant Commander.

13 weeks of intense classroom and field training. We weren’t able to attend your graduation due to COVID restrictions, but that doesn’t make us less proud! Awesome job men!!
