The Daphne History Museum, also known as the Daphne Old Methodist Church Museum, is the second oldest church in Baldwin County, and is enlisted on the National Register of Historic Places. Constructed in 1858 as a place of worship for the residents of Daphne, the church was designated in 2001 as a museum dedicated to educating the public about the history of Daphne and the surrounding communities.
The museum welcomes tour groups and school field trips. Call us today to schedule your group.
The Daphne History Museum is so grateful for recent donations of May Day dresses & other clothing pieces. We are now in need of mannequins and/or dress forms of any size to display these beautiful items. Please contact us if you have anything you would like to donate to help preserve our local history.
