The Daphne Public Library offers five free meeting spaces to the public. The spaces are available to nonprofit groups at no charge.
The Board Room offers one large formal table which comfortably seats 8 - 10 participants. The Board Room is also is equipped with a smart television and laptop for presentations. The Community Room is larger, serving approximately 25 participants, with portable tables and chairs that may be configured to fit your event, smart television, laptop computer, digital overhead projector & screen, and a speaker system.
The North Porch can seat up to 15 participants, while the West Porch and East Porch can accommodate 2 - 3 people each.
Reservations should be made in advance by contacting Cathy Anderson, Meeting Room Coordinator. Contact Cathy directly by dialing 251-620-2509. If Cathy cannot take your call, please leave a message and she will return your call as soon as possible.
