Business Licenses

Any business or person engaged in business within the corporate city limits must obtain a business license before operating a business.  If you make deliveries, perform services, have sales people calling on local merchants or have a store or office located in the corporate city limits, you must obtain a City of Daphne Business License.  

Note: Businesses with a physical location within the corporate city limits of Daphne must have approval through an internal process before a business license will be issued.

Business License Application

To apply for a City of Daphne business license, please complete and return the City of Daphne Business License Application either via mail, email or by submitting directly to our office staff at Daphne City Hall.

Home-Based Business Application

Home-based businesses within the Corporate City Limits of Daphne must complete the City of Daphne the Business License Supplement for Home-Based Businesses in addition to the City of Daphne Business Tax Identification Application.  You may remit these forms either through mail, email or in person at Daphne City Hall.
