The Daphne Public Library collects, organizes and provides access to educational, informational, recreational and cultural resources to meet the service needs of our community. We are dedicated to the highest standards of ethics & public service, and will strive for the maximum of effectiveness & economy in Library operations. The Daphne Public Library is dedicated to meeting the Standards for Public Library Service in Alabama.

The Daphne Public Library Board of Trustees, director, staff and volunteers will strive for thoroughness, equity and fairness in serving individuals & organizations throughout the community. We are dedicated to the development of full & equal access to information for all people.
