COURT Location Change HEADER May2025

Due to building renovations, Daphne court dockets will be held at the Daphne Civic Center effective Tuesday, June 3, 2025 until further notice. The Daphne Civic Center is located at 2603 US Hwy 98, Daphne. 

The Daphne Municipal Court Magistrate’s office will remain open at the Daphne Justice Center but will close at 12:30 PM on Tuesdays to prepare for court.

Overview

Daphne Municipal Court is a criminal misdemeanor court that handles misdemeanor and traffic offenses that occur within the City of Daphne limits and police jurisdiction.

Pay Fees Online

Tickets can be paid online through Govt Portal or by calling 251-262-6200. Tickets can also be paid in person at the Magistrates Office or by mail via money order or cashiers check. (Note: the service fee is 4.5% of the total owed if you are paying with a debit or credit card.) If paying at the Magistrates Office, the person who was issued the citation must be present.

Court is held weekly on Tuesdays at 4:00 PM. The office closes at 2:00 PM to prepare the docket. Check-in begins at 3:30 PM.
