NEW: A notification template is now required for all applications subject to a public hearing and will arrive via Certified Mail.
The City of Daphne has launched a new certified mailing software system that requires the use of Excel spreadsheets. Please download the following New Certified Mail Requirement (.csv) file. Submit the completed electronic .csv file to the Planning Coordinator via email and upload it along with the application for all Planning Commission related requests or to the Administrative Assistant for all Board of Zoning Adjustment related requests. Insert appropriate data as specified on the spreadsheet. This is required as well as the typical Adjacent Property Owner's list. Mailing labels are no longer required. All applications and supplemental documents must be submitted online no later than the application deadline.
